Area of triangle=1/2×b×h

60 =1/2×24×h

60=12×h

h=60/12

h=5 cm

By Pythagoras theorem

Hypotenuse square=Side1 square+Side2 square

Isosceles side=12 square(as the height divides

base into 2 parts.)+5 square

=144+25

=169

Hypotenuse=13 cm

As it is an isoceles triangle its sides are equal.

Perimeter=13+13+24

50 cm
