the base of the parellelogram is 16cm and the height is 7cm less than its base find the area if the parallelogram

base=16cm

height=(16-7)cm=9

then area=b × h

=144

Acc. to the question

Height = base - 7

= 16 - 7

= 9

Area of a parallelogram = height ×base

= 16 × 9

= 114
