Perimeter (total length = P) = \frac{22}{15}

Base (unequal side = u) = \frac{4}{3}

Now to get length of equal sides, use formula: P = 2e + u

P = 2e + u

\frac{22}{15} = 2e + \frac{4}{3}

\frac{22}{15} - \frac{4}{3} = 2e

\frac{2}{15} = 2e

e = \frac{2}{15} ÷ 2

e = \frac{1}{15}

∴ Length of each equal side is \frac{1}{15}.

Let the equal sides of the triangle be x centimetre.
=>4/3 + x + x = 22/15
=>2x = 22/15 - 4/3
=>x = 2/15 ÷2
=>x = Length of the remaining equal sides of the triangle = 1/15 cm.
