Let the height be x m
And, the base be 3x m
Now, Cost = 60000
Rate = 25/100 m
According to question, we get;
Area of = Cost/Rate
or, area = 60000/25/100
or, area = 60000*100/25
or, area = 60000*4
or, Area of = 240000
Then,
Area of = 1/2 * base * height
or, 240000 = 1/2 * 3x * x
or, 480000 = 3x * x
or, x * x = 160000
or, x = 400 m
Hence, Height of = 400 m.
And, Base of = 3 * 400
= 1200 m
And, the base be 3x m
Now, Cost = 60000
Rate = 25/100 m
According to question, we get;
Area of = Cost/Rate
or, area = 60000/25/100
or, area = 60000*100/25
or, area = 60000*4
or, Area of = 240000
Then,
Area of = 1/2 * base * height
or, 240000 = 1/2 * 3x * x
or, 480000 = 3x * x
or, x * x = 160000
or, x = 400 m
Hence, Height of = 400 m.
And, Base of = 3 * 400
= 1200 m
