Let the Altitude be a

Base = 3a

We know that,

Area = Cost / Rate

=> 1/2 × Base × Altitude = 783 / 58 hectares

=> 1/2 × a × 3a = 13.5 hectares

=> 3a^2 = 27 hectares

=> a^2 = 9 hectares

=> a^2 = 9 × 10000 m^2

=> a = 300 m

Base of triangle = 300 m

Altitude of triangle = 900 m
