Solution:

Radius = 3.5cm

Volume = 0.308L= 308cm^3

[1L = 1000cm^3]

Height = ??

 \tt{V = πr^2 \: h}

 \tt \therefore{h =  \frac{V}{πr^2} } \\

 \tt \to{h =  \frac{308}{ \frac{22}{7} \times(3.5)^{2} }}\\

\tt \to{h =  \frac{308}{38.5}} \\

\tt \to{h = 8cm}

Hence, height of a cylindrical vessel is 8cm.
