Eton is a very famous training of Britain which trained youth for Civil Service ,  military etc.

Its main objective was to teach teamwork to the student with the help of games like cricket.

Their teachers layed stress on physical games like Cricket and Rugby as they thought that it would generate a spirit of teamwork and brotherhood among youth.

It is oftenly quoted that The battle of waterloo ( against Napoleon in 1815 ) was won on the playing fields of Eton as it taught teamwork to the soldiers which helped them a lot during war times.
