Speed of the cart = 10km/hr

= 10×1000/60 m/ min = 1000/6 m/min.

Diameter of the wheel = 91 cm= 0.91 m

Radius of the wheel = 0.91/2 m

Circumference of the wheel= 2πr

= 2 × (22/7) × (0.91/2) m= 22×0.13 m

No.of revolutions per minute= (1000/6)/(22×o.13) = 1000×100/(6×22×13)

= 1000×25/429
