C¹³→C₁¹² +  ¹n

BE) C¹² = 7.68 ˣ 12 = 92.16 MeV

BE) C¹³ = 13×7.47  =  97.11 MeV

Q.E = BE) C¹³- BE) C¹²

      = 97.11−92.16  

      = 4.95 MeV

Hence 4.95 Mev is the required anwer
