Birds are the most common flying animals. Their Wings are covered with feathers.

THEY HAVE A STREAMLINED BODY WHICH MAKES IT EASY FOR THEM TO MOVE THROUGH THE AIR AND SPINDLE SHAPED BODY REDUCE RESISTANCE IN AIR.

They Beat their wings against the air to propel  forward. The bones of the birds are hollow and are very light making it easy for them to rise in air. Strong muscles in the breast bones help the bird to fly their wings and fly.
