The blades of a fan are painted blue green and yellow. When the fan moves rapidly the different colours of the blades can not be distinguished .What is it reason

The main reason behind this is the fast speed of fan. the wings of a fan rotates so fast. that we cannot see it's wings. In this case the wings of the fan is painted blue, green ,and yellow, but due to fans fast speed the colour we see is the mixture of all colours
