Answer:

NIST's standard pressure used to say that the boiling point of water is 373.15 kelvin and 1ATM (101.325kPa) but by IUPAC is 100kPa.

Explanation:

  • Boiling point:- The change from a liquid state to a gaseous state occurs when the liquid’s vapor pressure is the same as the atmospheric pressure exerted on the liquid. Boiling is the process by which, when a liquid is heated to its boiling point turns into a vapor. The vapor pressure of a liquid is the same as the pressure surrounding the liquid.
  • STP:- In chemistry the STP stands for standard temperature pressure. Generally, water does not boil at STP.  You have to increase the temperature or decrease the pressure.

NIST says that the standard pressure used to boil the water at the boiling point is 373.15 kelvin and 1 ATM (101.325 kPa) but IUPAC says it's 100kPa.
