Mubarak Shah I is the right answer.

The son of Allauddin Khilji Mubarak Shah were the third and the last ruler of the Khilji dynasty that ruled India from1290 and 1320. Mubarak Shah continued the ancient tradition of minting square coins. Thakkura Pheru was the mint chief of the three sultans of Delhi. All this we know because of the legends that reveal about the sultan but because "Dravya Pariksha"('Examination of coins'); his monograph on coinage. This treatise was written in the year 1318, the same year in which these coins were minted.

Mubarak Shah

The descendant of Allauddin Khilji, Mubarak Shah belonged to the Khilji dynasty. Mubarak Shah recapitulated the ancient tradition of minting square coins.

These are the evidence was collected by the book Dravya Pariksha which itself stands for the examination of coins. This volume was reproduced in the year 1318,  which was similar to the time when the coin was minted.
