Perimeter of a rectangle =2(l+b)

196=2(x)+2(3/4)x

196=2x+6/4x

196=2x+3/2x

196=(4/2)x+(3/2)x

196=(7/2)x

2x196=2(7/2)x

392=7x

92/7=x

x=56(length)

THANKS AND HOPE IT HELPS
