Here is your answer.
Let the length of the rectangular field is x m
Breadth = 60% of x
 =  \frac{60}{100}  \times x \\  =  \frac{3x}{5}
Perimeter of the rectangular field is
2(length + breadth) = 800
2(x +  \frac{3x}{5} ) = 800 \\ ( \frac{5x + 3x}{5} ) =  \frac{800}{2}  \\  \frac{8x}{5}  = 400 \\ x =  \frac{400 \times 5}{8}  \\ x = 250
Hence Length = 250 m
and Breadth = 3×250/5
=150 m

Area = L × B
 = 250 \times 150 \\  = 37500 \: m {}^{2}
So Option B is your answer
