Let the length be x and breadth be x-20

perimeter =2(l+b)

120 = 2(x+x-20)

120 = 2(2x-20)

120/2 = 2x-20

60+20 = 2x

80/2 = x

40= x

therefore, length = 40m and breadth =20m
