In the Question it is given that the base of the cylinder's circumference is 220 cm. And we know that base of the cylinder is a circle

So,

Circumference= 2πr.

220 = 2πr

r= 220×7/2×22

r= 5×7

r= 35 cm

So the radius of the cylinder is 35 cm

C.S.A= 2πrh. [Let its height be x.]

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 35 \times x \\17600  = 2 \times 22 \times 5 \times x \\ 17600 = 220 \times x \\ x =  \frac{17600}{220}  \\  = 80 \:  \:  \:

So its height is 80 cm

Volume of the cylinder= πr²h

 \frac{22}{7}  \times 35 \times 35 \times 80 \\  = 22 \times 5 \times 35 \times 80 \\  = 308000 \:  \:  \:  {cm}^{3}

So the volume of the cylinder is 308000 cm³ and the height is 80 cm.
