According to the Question :-

Radius of cone = 7cm

Height of cone = 24cm

Slant height

\bf\huge = \sqrt{(24)^2 + (7)^2}

\bf\huge = \sqrt{576 + 49}

\bf\huge = \sqrt{625}

l = 25cm

Area of joker's cap = πrl

\bf\huge = \frac{22}{7} \times 7\times 25

= 22 × 25

= 550 cm²

Curved surface area of 1 joker's cap

= 550cm²

Curved surface area 10 joker's cap

= 10 × 550

= 5500 cm²

\underline{\mathfrak{\huge{The\:Question:}}}

The cap of a joker is of right circular cone whose radius of base is 7 cm and height is 24 cm. Find the area is of cardboard required to make 10 such caps.

\underline{\mathfrak{\huge{Your\:Answer:}}}

\sf{Given:}

Radius of the base of the cone = 7 cm

Height of the right circular cone = 24 cm

Number of caps needed = 10 caps

\sf{Solution:}

Length of the right circular cone :

\tt{l = \sqrt{h^{2} + r^{2}}}

=》 Length of the cone = \tt{\sqrt{24^{2} + 7^{2}}}

=》 Length = \tt{sqrt{625}}

=》 Length = 25 cm

Curved Surface Area = \tt{\pi r l}

=》 Curved Surface Area = \tt{\frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 25}\\

=》 Curved Surface Area = \tt{550 cm^{2}}

For 10 caps = 550 × 10

=》 \tt{5500 cm^{2}} is needed for 10 caps.
