Capacitance of capacitor, C = 3uF

= 3 × 10^-6 F

charge is available in the capacitor , Q = 108uC = 108 × 10^-6 C = 1.08 × 10^-4 C

we know, formula

Q = CV

where Q is charge in the capacitor, C is capacitance of capacitor and V is potential across the capacitor.

now, V = Q/C

= 1.08 × 10^-4/3 × 10^-6

= 108/3 = 36 volts

hence, potential difference between the plates is 36 volts.
