This question is testing on HCF.

To get the capacity of the oil vessel which measures the highest volume we need to get the HCF.

The HCF of the three is as follows :

35 = 5 × 7

63 = 3 × 3 × 7

49 = 7 × 7

The HCF of the three is 7

This implies that the capacity of the largest volume is 7 Litres.
