Volume of cylinder = pi*r^2*h = 15.4l

Since 1 l= 1000 cm^3

=) pi*r^2*h = 15.4 * 1000 cm^3

=) pi*r^2*h = 15400 cm^3

=) 22/7 * r^2 * 100 cm = 15400 cm^3

=) r^2 = 15400 cm^3 * 7 / 22*100 cm

=) r^2 = 7*7 cm^2

=) r = 7cm.

Hence TSA = pi*r (r+h)

= 22/7 * 7 * (100+7) cm^2

= 22* 107 cm^2

= 2354 cm^2.

Hope it's helpful to u.
