The red- tabby cat used to sit on the dining table and purr loudly and used to fidget with the authors pen .After the fire incident a kind lady brings the cat back because the cat ran away a mile or so since it was scared or terrified seeing the raging red -hot fire .The lady brought the tabby cat because on the collar of the cat the phone no. of the authors home was there but she couldn't contact them because the phone was also burnt in the house and she came searching for them finding their house no.( written on the collar)

Sometimes author would get up very early in the morning. The cat would tag along after him. She would climb up his robe and crawl into the pocket. She would fall asleep there.
