$x^{2} +y^{2} -8x+4y-62=0$

Compare the above equation with standard equation of circle

$x^{2} +y^{2} +2gx+2fy+c=0$

After compare we get

$g= -4$ , $f=2$

Center of circle will be $(-g,-f)$$= (4,-2)$
