The CHC-Cl angle is 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethene and tetrachloromethane respectively will be about

It is an alkene, (i.e. contains double bond between

carbon atoms) so the bond angle is 120 while

tetrachloro methane is an alkane, i.e. contains only

single bonds, so the bond angle is 10928'.
