Formula of Sodium sulphate is Na2SO4
this is bcoz valency of Na is +1 while the valency of SO4 molecule is -2. So while writing the formula of sodium sulphate valencies are crossed over other ion.
Hence formula of sodium sulphate is Na2SO4.

Similarly we have to cross the valence of Fe and PO4 So as to get its chemical formula.
