mpo4
since MCl3 means M3+ and 3Cl-
and PO4 has a charge of 3-
so M3+ + PO43- gives MPO4

Since the Chloride of the formula is MCl3, we get that the valency of the metal is +3.

Therefore the correct answer for the phosphate of the chloride is given in option ‘b” which is MPO4.

Since MCl3 means, the formula has M3+ and 3Cl-

And PO4 has a charge of 3- which is negative,

Therefore  M3+ + (PO4)3- is equal to MPO4
