The name of the famous philosopher is "Thomas Aquinas"  he said these most famous lines in his book named as "Summa Theologiae" in which he talked about the existence of God  within this world. 
Also he was and Italian  christian and was also a priest. He also wrote many other books and is considered one of the greatest Catholic Church's philosopher.
He was even praised by the other philosophers.
