c = 2\pi r \:  = 77cm \\ h = 1.2m = 120cm \\ c.s.a \: of \: cylinder = 2\pi rh \\  = 77 \times 120 \\  = 9240 {cm}^{2}   \\  \\ 2\pi r = 77 \\ r =  \frac{77 \times 7}{44}   = 12.25cm \\  \\ area \: of \: remaining \: portion = 2 \pi{r}^{2}  \\ area = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 12.25 \times 12.25 \\ area = 943.25 {cm}^{2}  \\  \\ total \: area = 9240 + 943.25 \\ total \: area = 10183.25 {cm}^{2}
