Answer:

Circumference of a Cylindrical tank = 44 m

height = 6m

Circumference of the base = 44m

2πr = 44

r = 44/2π

Vol. of cylindrical tank = πr^2h

= π × (44/2π) × (44/2π) × 6

= 44/2 × (44×7)/2×22 × 6

= 22 × (44×7)/44 × 6

= 22 × 7 × 6

= 924 m^3

Now ,

1 m^3 = 1000 litre

=> 924 m^3 = 924 × 1000

= 924000 litre

Hence , The Capacity of the cylindrical tank is 92400 litre .

Hope it helps you...
