circumference=2πr
220=2×22/7×r
r=220×7/22×2
r= 35 cm

lateral=πr²h
= 22/7×35×35×2

Answer:

Radius = 35 cm

Lateral Surface Area = 440 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Find the radius:

Circumference = 2πr

2πr = 220 cm

r = 220 ÷ 2 π

r = 35 cm

Find the lateral surface area:

Lateral Surface Area = 2πrh

Lateral surface area = 220 x 2 = 440 cm²

Answer: The radius is 35 cm and the lateral surface area is 440 cm²
