Let radius = r cm

Height =h = 25cm

Circumference of the cylinder = 132cm

$\bf \:2\times\pi\times\:r=132\\\\\sf \: r =\frac{132\times 7}{2\times 22}\\\\\bf \:r=21cm$

Volume of the vessel :-

$\sf{\pi r^{2} h}$

= $\sf{\dfrac{22}{7} \times 21 \times 21 \times 25}$

= $\sf{34650\:cm^3}$

= $\sf{\dfrac{34650}{1000}}$

= $\sf{34.65\:Litre}$

NOTE :-

$1cm ^{3} = \frac{1}{1000 \: } \: litre$
