$\mathsf{\implies\: 2\pi\:R = 154}$

$\mathsf{\implies\: R = \frac{154}{2\pi}}$

$\mathsf{Circumference\: of\:</p><p>the \:smaller \:circle\: = 121 }$

$\mathsf{\implies\: 2\pi\:r = 121}$

$\mathsf{\implies\: r = \frac{121}{2\pi}}$

Difference = Radius of bigger circle (R) – Radius of smaller circle (r)

$\mathsf{\implies\: \frac{154}{2\pi} - \frac{121}{2\pi}}$

$\mathsf{\implies\: \frac{11}{2\pi} (14 - 11)}$

putting value of π = (22/7)
