(D) dark blue and pale green respectively

Explanation:

The colour of aqueous Ferrous Sulphate (FeSO4) and aqueaus Copper Sulphate (CuSO4) depend on the positive ions present in the solution. Fe (+2) ion has a pale green colour whereas Cu (+2) ion when reacted with water gives blue colour. So  aqueous solution of copper sulphate (CuSO4) is strong blue in color and aqueous solution of Ferrous Sulphate (FeSO4) is pale green in colour.
