(a) 2-Methyl-2,3-pentadiene is the compound containing sp, sp^{2}, sp^{3}   hybridized carbon atoms in 1:2:3 ratio.

2-Methyl-2,3-pentadiene:

H_3C-C(CH_3)=C=CH-CH_3

    1       2 3           4      5        6

In this structure 1,3,6 number carbons are sp^{3} hybridized, 2,5 numbers carbons are sp^{2} hybridized and number 4 carbon is sp hybridized.

So, the ratio of sp, sp^{2}, sp^{3} hybridized carbon in (a) 2-Methyl-2,3-pentadiene is 1:2:3 respectively. So, it is the correct answer.
