Answer:

8275

Step-by-step explanation:

p= 25000

t= 3 years

rate = 10

so interest for 1st year = 10% of 25000= 2500

so after 1st year amount becomes 25000+2500= 27500

interest for 2nd year = 10% of 27500 = 2750

so after 2nd year the amount becomes 27500+2750 = 30250

interest for 3rd year = 10% of 30250 = 3025

so compound interest for 3 years = 2500+2750+3025 = 8275

it can also be solved using the equation A= P(1+R/100)ⁿ

A= 25000(1+10/100)³

25000*11/10*11/10*11/10

=33275

So compound interest = 33275 -25000 = 8275
