Solution:
a) BrF5 : One lone pair on central atom Br. (Square pyramidal)
b) ClF3 : Two lone pair on cental atom Cl. (T - shaped)
c) XeF4 : Two lone pair on central atom Xe. (Square planar)
d) SF4 : One lone pair on central atom S. (See-saw shaped)
Hence, option b and option c are correct.
i.e Only, ClF3 & XeF4 contains two lone pair of electrons on central atom.
Note: Lone pairs are shown in the figures attached.
