Benzyl Chloride. Because, in it Cl atom is attached to a carbon of alkyl gr. Which would lead to the formation of alcohol upon hydrolysis. On the other hand, in the rest compounds, Cl is attached to carbonyl carbon of acid derivatives which will produce carboxylic acid, I.e. benzoic acid.
