The Congress of Vienna, a series of conferences were held to restore peace and balance of power in Europe after Napoleon wars.The Britain, Prussia, Austria and Russia who played key role in Congress of Vienna tried to prevent the another revolution in Europe. They wanted to conserve the old political and social order which was disrupted by French Revolution.They supported to conserve the monarchy which angered many people in France as they had scarified a lot in abolishing the monarchy and bringing up revolution in France.
