the constitution does not give people their religion. then how can it give people the right to practise their religion

after the war old people fight and make their group and give the names

The constitution doesn't give people their religion but they give people a right to practice their own choice of religion that is what we called secularism. The constitution of india declare us as a secular state where we can follow our own kind of religion or not follow any. No one has right to deny you.
