6.02 x 10^24 is 10 moles of CO -- (you get this by dividing by Avogadro's number). 

10 moles of Co contain 10 moles of O atoms which is 5 moles of O2 molecules. 

An O2 molecule weigh 32 g/mole so 5 * 32 = 160 g of O2
