the constituent assembly drafted the constitution and calculated it for public discussion in February 1948. after careful consideration of the draught between November 14 ,1949 to November 14, 1949 the constitution of India was adopted on November ,1949 .finally the constitution of India came into existence from 26 January 1950 .
