1.Draw AB of 5cm

2.With B as a centre construct 60°and extend the ray BX

3.On ray BX mark an arc of 9.8cm at Y

4.Draw perpendicular bisector of ray BY meeting on BX at C

5.Join AC

Therefore,ABC is the required triangle.
