We know that

Mole of oxygen = 67.2/22.4

                         = 3 moles.

So 3 moles of oxygen is converted to 2 moles of ozone.

Therefore mole of ozone formed will be  = 2/3 x 15/100 x 3

                                                                    = 0.3 mole.

Now mass of ozone formed will be = 0.3 x 48 grams

                                                          = 14.4 grams
