Since size atom will take more time to ionise here according the first ionization will take in order

C>N>O>F

Small size take long time to ionization due to electronegativity and attraction effects and vice versa for large size

C<N>O<F
THIS IS THE CORRECT ORDER OF FIRST IONISATION ENERGY OF C,N,O,F
In this order we see that N has greater ionisation energy than O because of the half filled electronic configuration of N.
There are 5 main factors which effect ionisation energy . one such factor is half filled or completely filled electronic configuration.
Hope it helps you.
any doubt comment it in the comment section.
