According to Fazan's rule

Covelent character increases when size of anion increases and size of cation decreases

Here size of anion is constant

So we will see the size of cation

As we know atomic size increases down the group

So Li having smallest size

Even smaller when it will loss one electron I. e. Li+

So order will be 2) BeCl < NaCl <LiCl
