Heya,

According to me there is always correct time to study.
But this study can be only fruitful when we study by understanding each and every concepts. Study with your brain time never minds it goes only.
But we have to study when we are in a good mood and there should be scilence in your mind so that u can concentrate on what u r studing. We, must study smartly not hardy.
Smart study is the best way and easiest was to achieve our goals.
