Let the cost of one chair be x and one table be y.
2x+3y=800. ------<1>
4x+3y=1000. -------<2>
Solving both we have
x=100 and y=200
Thus, 3x+3y=900

2x =200
x=200/2
x=100
Then the cost of 3 chairs ,
3(x)=3(100)
the cost of three chairs ie Rs.300
put x=100 in (1)
2(100)+3y=800
200+3y=800
3y=800-200
3y=600
y=600/3
y=200
Then the cost of 3 tables,
3(y)=3(200)
the cost of 3 tables is Rs.600
