ar(ABC):ar(AXY)=AB^2:AX^2
                            =81:4
From this let us assume that ar(ABC) is 81x. Then area of AXY is x.
Therefore ar(BXYC)=81x-4x
                                =77x
Hence ar(ABC):ar(XYCB)=81x:77x=81:77
