Given that 3cows + 2cats + 4 dogs = 6000

                  2 cows + 3cats + 1 dog = 3500

                 -----------------------------------------------------

                   5 cows + 5 cats + 5 dogs = 9500

                      

5(cows + cats + dogs) = 9500

cows + cats + dogs = 1900.

The amount to spend = 1900 rupees.
