Solution:-

Let the cost of television be x and V.C.R be y.

 = > \: 3x+2y=Rs.3,500

SP of a television =x+1000

  • SP of a VCR =y+500

 = > \: 2( \: x \: + \: 1000 \: ) \: +3( \: y \: + \: 500 \: )

Solving above two equations

we get,

• \: \: x = 5,000 \\ • \: \: y = 10,000</p><p>

*SP of a television

  </p><p> =Rs.(5000+1000) \\ =Rs.6000</p><p>

SP of a VCR

  = \: Rs.(10,000+500)</p><p> \\ =Rs.10,500
